Our team have worked closely with rights holders to develop a meticulous process resulting in endorsements from all the major music publishers and record labels. We are equipped to handle every aspect of the music licensing process, from copyright ownership to negotiating costs and clearing all the necessary sync rights. We cover licensing for all types of media including advertising, film, TV, games, corporate events and fashion shows. Never settling for generic, we ensure that personality is at the heart of all creativity. We help hone briefs and collaborate with musicians on every aspect of the job, consulting on original compositions, inspiring covers, re-records, and fresh remixes of classics. Over the years we’ve had the privilege of working with award-winning composers and producers, as well as commercial artists such as Rudimental, Anne-Marie, Tom Grennan and Aitch to name just a few.

Sourcing music is one thing, but finding the right talent to partner with a brand on a project is another set of expertise altogether. Our music supervisors have worked directly with commercial artists such as Sam Ryder and Aitch for brands such as TikTok, Vodafone, O2 and Virgin. Consulting on everything from creative direction to the logistics of shoot day, as well as clearing all the necessary rights and licensing to realise these projects.

Our deep understanding of music and music supervision has led to us working closely with a number of brands to help guide their sound. We know how important a brand’s visual identity is, and we believe their sonic identity should match this. We offer full analysis of a brand’s audio identity, offering guidance of how each of their core values translates to music before providing solutions such as sonic logos, audio brand guidelines and music workshops to help a brand better understand how to create a consistent identity across both visuals and sound.

Sample clearance: the process of obtaining permissions to use portions of existing audio in newly created songs… And we are experts at it! Clearing samples is essential if you want to retain full ownership in your songs and be able to licence them for synchronisation opportunities. We are efficient at researching and establishing ownership of rights on both the songwriter and record sides and ensure a smooth clearance process, providing solutions for any potential pitfalls or non-licensable pieces of music. Recent work includes clearing samples for Dua Lipa & The Blessed Madonna – Club Future Nostalgia album, which featured samples from Neneh Cherry, Gwen Stefani, Stevie Nicks and Jamiroquai, to name just a few!
